Broken blood vessels on face? Please help?

These could be tiny hematomas caused from the force and trauma of vomiting..You should not take aspirin for a while as aspirin is a blood thinner and can cause these to 'appear' on face..They should fade or go away..It may take several weeks..Don't do anything to your skin..Maybe use a gentle cleanser and moisturize(Cetaphil is great and inexpensive)..Don't rub or massage spots..let them disappear on their own..If you vomit again..more could appear that is why I said easy on the aspirin..
