Can I give my rabbit a washcloth to chew on?

My rabbit is chewing on my clothes and I want to shy her away from doing so. She has chewing blocks but doesn't chew on them. I've given her cardboard tubes and she doesn't chew on those either. She only likes fabric. Can I give her an old washcloth to chew on? She tries to eat whatever she chews but I just take the pieces out of her mouth. Is it safe if I make sure she doesn't swallow any?
