Help.! This has been going on for about 10 hours.!?

I have hot ears. Both of my ears are really hot and they are bright red.! Help? What do you think caused it.? Now my cheeks are beginning to get red and hot somewhat puffy.? I'm not allergic to anything it did start after I got upset today because people kept yelling at me and wouldn't leave me alone (these boys I hate.!) and then the teacher yelled to leave me alone. I tried puttin a wet washcloth on them but it didn't help.!?
