How can I help my snake?

My snake was preparing to shed (its eyes were milky, then cleared, the scales were really pale, etc.) But yesterday she ate a mouse, and her shed ripped, so I put her in warm water and a washcloth for her to rub against and all of it came off except on her head. How can I get these scales off? Or aid her in getting them off?
