How do I stop my jeans from dying everything I wash blue?

They have a special sheet you put in the washer while washing that absorbs the dye that goes into the water I think it's made by tide or bounce not sure I seen the comercial for it you can also try turning them inside out and there are dyes you can buy at the grocery store to dye your clothes in the washer so you could try that to fix your clothes that were ruined
