How to get rid of a pimple FAST?

okay i NEVER get pimples. i guess its "the time". so this is my first HUGE pimple and its been on my face for like 3 days already. its still the same size. usually i wash my face and have a washcloth soaked in warm water and have it on my face where i saw redness and i wouldnt get pimples. this pimple wont go away. i tried warm water, salt water, tooth paste, face wash, EVERYTHING! i want it gone by tomorrow! please help!
