I was accused of throwing a washcloth at a patient. I am a cna and was fired. How can I fight this?

I was washing a patients back and asked her to wring out the wash rag for me. She would not do that so I just did it myself and washed her back. Next thing I know she told managment I thru the wash rag in her face. Which I didn't. I had a 3 day suspension and today they fired me. How can I fight this? I will now lose my cna liscense. I have worked their for 7 months and this is my first disipline. Thanks for your help. I am in the state of Wisconsin
