Newborn kitten bm help?

Last night some kids found a kitten. It is sick because it's eyes were glued shut from mucus and there was some in his nose too. Anyway, he's been eating the kitten formula. I've got other cats but this is my first time with one this young and the vet isn't open until Monday. And no, no animal hospitals in the area. I read the instructions and have gotten him to pee every other feeding, but he won't poop! I've done it exactly according to the instructions (warm washcloth starting at the belly, and from front to back but still nothing! Are there any other tricks and will he be ok until Monday if he doesn't go? The kitten is about 2 weeks old. Eyes are open, but no teeth.
