What's the "standard" dream interpretation of bloody tears/crying blood?

Last night I dreamt that my eyes wouldn't stop watering. The only thing is, it wasn't tears flowing from my eyes but rather a steady stream of blood flowing from each of my tear ducts. I wasn't injured and my vision was not impacted whatsoever - I recall looking in a mirror and clearly seeing my own reflection as I tried to soak up blood with a washcloth. I tried to make it stop with compression but nothing worked seemed to stop the flow. Something tells me that for as weird as this dream seems to me, it's probably just as common as dreams in which people's teeth fall out and I'm curious how this dream element (bloody tears) is commonly interpreted.
