How to quickly bring down face swelling? (wisdom teeth)?

I got all my wisdom teeth out on tuesday (it's saturday) and my face is still pretty swollen, more so in one cheek than the other, so i look kind of chipmunky. it's come down some but i have to go to work tomorrow and i have plans monday (with a guy!) so i really need it to come down. i iced it for the first three days and i tried massaging my cheeks with a warm washcloth once, but it hasn't helped much. any tricks to bring down swelling fast? anyone tried anything?
