Can i let my 10 wk pup play in a plastic kiddie pool only for her? she has had 2 of 4 sets of shots?

The pool is great as long as you watch her. Water and baths have no effect on vaccinations. I have to wonder why she's getting her 3rd set of shots at 13 weeks old though? Vaccinations shouldn't be started until the pup is 8 weeks old and then again at 12 and 16 weeks.
