Ever since my freshman year of high school I've been fairly obsessive over my weight. At the end of my freshman year I weighed around 250. Now I weigh around 200 but I'm still not happy. I only eat 3 times and I have abused laxatives, taken diet pills like appetite suppressants, and binged. I only eat around 1000 calories a day. Everytime I eat I always feel terrible afterward. I workout everyday for about 1-1 1/2 hour with both cardio and strength. I just want to know if what I'm doing is healthy or not?
