Help, we painted our turtle?

My friends and I started to paint a turtle with nontoxic paint. Then I realized it was really bad for the turtle so we started to wipe the paint off with water and a washcloth. We got most of the paint off except for a couple of small parts. Will she be okay, or is the damage already done? And is there anything we can do for her now?
