Trying to hatch a duck egg without incubator?

don't put a wash cloth over it. Put the light in the box and put glass over the box to keep heat in. Turn over the egg three times a day. Put a cup of water in the box. (This will give it moisture.) cover the bottom with newspaper shreds.
