Did my duck egg go bad?

I found a duck egg today and brought it home, wrapped it in a washcloth and put it on a heating pad, i accidently left it on low for to long and it may have gotten to hot. I only left it on low for about an hour does this mean my duck egg has went bad or is it still good? I left it on the heating pad but turned it off so it could cool down just a bit.
